Quality Mould Inc. was established in 1983 as a specialty mold shop out of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. We are now centrally located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and have grown into a skilled manufacturing facility with many diversified capabilities. We are a small business with thirty plus employees working two shifts year round. Our workforce of trained/ certified machinists are all capable of setup, programming and manual inspection which enables us to function under the unique practice of multiple machine operations. This is where the machinist is able to run two, three or more machines simultaneously on a shift to increase productivity and cost efficiency. To further enhance our future workforce, QMI seeks to hire highly motivated individuals to participate in our apprenticeship program sponsored by the NTMA through the Westmoreland County Community College.
